Absolutely. We understand the hassle of traveling with heavy inventory. We can ship your order directly to your hotel or convention center. Just provide the specific address and guest details during checkout.
What is the standard turnaround time?
For most standard orders like books and prints, our production time is 5-7 business days after file approval. Rush options are available for tight deadlines.
How do I prepare my files for printing?
We recommend submitting PDF files with a 0.125" bleed on all sides. Images should be 300 DPI or higher. You can use our 'File Setup' tools to check your dimensions before uploading.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer competitive pricing for large orders. Convention organizers and partners also receive special discount rates. Check our Partner page for more info.
What if my convention isn't listed on your calendar?
Our calendar tracks major events, but we print for everyone! Just use our standard turnaround times (order ~4 weeks in advance to be safe) or contact us for a custom timeline.
